The Real Estate and Insurance minor is designed to provide students with an opportunity to complement their major studies with knowledge of both the real estate and insurance industries. This minor prepares students for various employment opportunities in both fields. This minor is designed to provide students with a higher level of understanding and the professional skills needed to be successful in either industry.

Minor Requirements
Students may apply to the Real Estate and Insurance minor at any time during their academic career if their cumulative grade point average is 3.20 or higher. Business and non-business majors may complete the Real Estate and Insurance minor. Completion of the minor requires 18 credits. All courses must be taken for a letter grade and passed with a grade of C or higher. Transfer Credit Policy
Students may apply a maximum of nine transfer credits toward the Real Estate and Insurance Minor. |
