EGL 441 - Methods of Instruction in Literature and Composition Consideration of specific problems in the teaching of English, e.g., posing questions about literary texts and commenting on student papers. There is frequent use of writing by secondary school students, and the goals of instruction in literature and language are examined. Required of students seeking certification in secondary school English.
