BUS 378 - Marketing Ethics, Public Policy, and Social Change This course examines ethical and legal issues associated with marketing practices as well as how marketing can be used to exact change to improve societal health and well-being. These concepts will be examined primarily from the point of view of the behavioral sciences including psychological, sociological, economics, and cultural perspectives. Students will apply this basic knowledge to analyze ethical problems associated with marketing practices, analyze effectiveness of public policy based on scientific knowledge, and develop ideas for social change and social justice through marketing.
