Stony Brook University’s Human Resource Management master’s degree program provides the academic preparation required for professionals to develop the skills they need to enter the field or advance their careers. To be effective, today’s HR professional must possess broad-based knowledge and specific competencies necessary to align human resource functions with organizational goals.
