BIO 314 - Cancer Biology An examination of the biology of cancer. Emphasis is on molecular and cellular events, such as regulation of gene expression, genome maintenance, cell growth and death, differentiation, cell-cell recognition, signaling and homeostasis that are frequently disrupted in cancer. Recent advances in diagnosis and therapy will also be discussed.
