SCH 200 - Scholars Leadership Foundations
This interdisciplinary course provides a solid foundation for students aspiring to lead with authenticity, integrity, and effectiveness. Students will learn leadership theories and concepts, as well as evidence-based skills that enable them to lead in any industry. Students will increase self-awareness of their own leadership experiences, attributes, values, and goals and will begin to articulate a personal definition and philosophy of leadership, to include social awareness and responsibility.

Prerequisite(s): Member of the University Scholars Program; SCH 101 and SCH 102
