HNG 539 - Advanced Theory and Clinical Practice in Primary Care Adult- Gerontology Nursing I This is the third of four sequential courses designed to develop advanced clinical decision making skills in diagnosing, treating and managing a patient/family with health problems and dysfunctional patterns. Emphasizes coordination, consultation, and interaction components of case management to promote, maintain and/or restore health in groups of adult patients in primary care settings. Clinical research is drawn upon to further develop the framework for the advanced practice role.
