HNC 340 - Novice to Expert
This course is designed as an introduction and application of Patricia Benner’s model of professional development of nurses. The relationship of theory to practice in the acquisition of skills will be explored. Course work will facilitate a deeper understanding and appreciation for the expanded roles and responsibilities of the baccalaureate prepared registered nurse.
