HCB 516 - Ethical Issues in Human Reproduction New technologies have modified human reproduction in numerous ways, raising profound questions about the moral status of human life and the nature of parental and sibling obligations. This course will investigate the values that attach to different relationships, both familial and general. It will cover questions around the treatment of infertility, surrogate mothering, the commodification of the body, and the elevated expectations of familial obligations that correspond to new reproductive technologies.
