HDI 601 - Evidenced Based Dentistry and Critical Thinking This course consists of eight 2 hour learning modules designed to develop in dental students the basic skills needed to recognize the quality of evidence and journals it is published in, to carry out evidence-based analysis of the literature; to formulate hypotheses and design, analyze data, and give an effective power point presentation. Each module will begin with a brief 15 minute power point orientation by the facilitator, followed by student participation in small groups, lead by a student group leader, selected by the group.
