HFN 514 - Micronutrients and Functional Nutrition
This online course is designed to promote an in-depth understanding of the role of micronutrients in human health and nutrition. The digestion, absorption and metabolism of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients will be extensively reviewed as will their inter-relationships and roles in health and disease.
