HWC 613 - Seminar in Social Work Education
Focus is on the place of social work education in the university with attention to issues of current concern such as the integration of professional education with the scholarly research focus of other academic disciplines. Consideration will be given to educational program structure, content, curriculum development, evaluation, and teaching methodologies.
3 credits
Grading Letter graded (A, A-, B+, etc.)
Required Students will be required to teach a course in the B.S.W. or M.S.W. curriculum under mentorship of a senior faculty member.
