HRM 533 - Employee Relations and Labor Management The focal point of this foundation course is the historical development of labor unions in the United States, the evolution of the legal framework governing labor relations today, and the major elements of collective bargaining and dispute resolution techniques used in the private and public sectors. A discussion of the future of organized labor concludes the course.
