BUS 348 - Principles of MarketingBasic marketing concepts and their applications. Issues include strategy, market segmentation, individual consumer behavior, marketing research, promotion, pricing and international marketing. The emphasis is on analysis of the challenges facing business with respect to all relevant constituencies, including the company in general, managerial colleagues across functional areas, consumers, stockholders, and government. This course may not be taken for credit in addition to BUS 349. 3 credits Prerequisite(s): BUS Major or ISE Major or PSY major admitted to the marketing concentration. |
